Freshman year of college hit me like a truck. I went from 135 lbs to over 225 — a slow spiral I barely noticed until I barely recognized myself.
The turning point wasn't a detox or a meal plan I hated. It was education — learning what my body actually needed and how to fuel it with food I genuinely enjoyed.
In 112 days I went from the heaviest of my life to the best shape of my life. Eating grilled cheese, bagels, pasta, tacos, and pancakes. Not as cheat meals — as part of the actual plan.
